Privacy policy

Sebastiaan Timms operates Seboesty YouTube Analytics as a private tool for the Seboesty channel.

Data and purpose

With the owner’s permission, the tool reads channel identity, published video metadata and aggregate YouTube Analytics metrics such as views, watch time, retention and engagement. It uses these records to evaluate the owner’s clips and editorial experiments. It does not request email, contacts, other Google services or permission to change YouTube content. It does not collect individual viewer identities.

Storage and processing

OAuth credentials are stored separately in access-restricted private storage on the owner’s computer and Hostinger server. Network transfers use encrypted connections. Analytics records are kept in the private Seboesty workspace for channel reporting and experiment history. Relevant aggregate reports may be processed by the owner’s OpenAI Codex subscription to assist channel-specific decisions. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting or used by this application to train general-purpose AI models. Credentials are not included in AI prompts or public reports.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections. To request deletion of locally stored credentials or analytics records, contact sebastiaantimms@gmail.com. Revocation stops future authorized access; deletion of retained local records is a separate request. Records are retained only while needed for these channel operations or until deletion is requested.

Limited use

The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. This site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
